EQUINE INFLUENZA

Please ensure that your horse is fit and well
prior to attending the show.

If your horse or pony is displaying the following
symptoms on a yard where a horse or pony is
displaying symptoms, we strongly advise you to
contact your vet;

• High temperature of 39-41°c,
which lasts for 1 to 3 days

• Frequent harsh, dry cough that
can last for several weeks

• Clear watery nasal discharge that may become
thick and green or yellow

• Enlarged glands under the lower jaw

Please note that this is guidance only but we would
encourage up to date vaccination of your horse or pony.

Exhibitors are reminded that they attend
Vaynor and District Agricultural Show at their own risk,
with consideration to be given to the potential disease risks.

 

Livestock Entry Forms must be received by Saturday 20th july 2019 with payment for inclusion in catalogue FOR WPCS MEDALS. 

 

THE FREE BUS RUNS FROM OUTSIDE THE CASTLE HOTEL FROM 10am EVERY HOUR RETURNING FROM PONTSTICILL ON THE HALF HOUR LAST BUS DOWN 7.30PM WATCH OUT FOR THE EDWARDS TRAVEL COACH.

WE RESPECTFULLY ASK THAT ALL CUPS ARE RETURNED TO THE SHOW SO THAT THEY CAN BE ENJOYED BY THE WINNERS OF THIS YEARS CLASSES AS YOU HAVE HAD THE ENJOYMENT OF THEM OVER THE LAST YEAR
